Return Policy
Delivery
We provide free shipping to all over Turkey via local cargo companies. We provide free shipping to the whole world (outside of Türkiye) for orders over 5000 TL.
The items will be ready to ship in the estimated delivery time as stated on the product detail page.
VERA&CO JEWELERY is not responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges for international shipments. Payment of these amounts necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Return
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at info@vncojewels.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The shipping cost of the returned product must be covered by the customer.

A minimum of 10% deduction is applied for the return of products that are subject to pre-order and specified as manufactured to order in the product description section. In addition, the ring size is custom made. Therefore, at least 10% deduction is applied for the return of ring orders too.

Specially designed products, personalized or modified products cannot be returned.

Products with special writing on or inside are cannot be returned.

Products that have been specially changed in size/length/material/color other than the standard options on the website cannot be returned.

Earrings whose packaging has been opened and whose security tag has been removed cannot be returned due to hygiene rules.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Turkey, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Exchanges
Return the item you have in 14 days, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
